We believe that the secret to a successful migration or introduction of new technology has three main components:

Gradian Deployment Process

At Gradian we employ a “cradle to the grave” approach. We’re with you from the very beginning of your project, where, as an independent consultant, we will guide you towards the technology that is the perfect fit for your organisation and project.

After the initial planning stages to scope and design the project, we’ll guide you through a careful pilot. We’ll help you select a small group of users to start using the new platform/technology in a fully supported environment, and will monitor progress and feedback to inform the next stages of the project.

We typically stage our deployments (dependant on size and scope) from two up to 12 days, and everything we do follows the PRINCE2 Project Management Methodology – used by the UK Government and internationally across the private sector.
