Gradian’s Annual Kick Off 2022
Getting together for our annual off-site kick off is one of the highlights of the Gradian calendar. A chance for the whole team to get together, present our plans for the year and most importantly bond and let our hair down.
This year was all about understanding Gradian’s value and the value of our customers. It’s fundamental to us to have our whole team onboard and committed to our focus for the year. Also, giving us the chance to announce our new customer experience project.
Before it’s time to relax we announced our awards for the year. We are very proud to present Jacob Woodfield as our ‘Employee of the year’, Ciaran O’Rourke as ‘Most Improved’ , Emily Walker as ‘Rookie of the year’ and Richard Croker as the ‘Employee’s Employee’ as voted for by his peers.
The Venue
And what a venue!!!
Stapleford Park Country House, wow, steeped in history and completely surrounded by beautiful countryside. This venue could not have been grander, every experience was a taste of luxury, from the equistilty prepared food to the cloudlike bedding that simply enveloped you. Spoilt isn’t the word for it.

Evening Frivolities
Incredible food accompanied by lots of laughs and silliness. A very well performed murder mystery gave some of us the chance to really get into character while others focused on winning by exploring some very questionable tactics. I think it’s safe to say that everyone had a entertaining evening.
